Bazı Ahududu Çeşitlerinin (Rubus ideaus L.) Oltu (Erzurum) Ekolojisine Adaptasyonu Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Oltu şartlarında, 1999 ve 2000 yıllarında yürütülen bu çalışmada, yerli ve yabancı
orijinli 9 ahududu çeşidinin (Heritage, Rubin, Canby, Newburg, Cola, Bursa Boduru, Hollanda
Boduru, Summit, Tuleman) adaptasyon kabiliyeti belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Denemede
çeşitlerin fenolojik, bitkisel, pomolojik ve kimyasal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Çeşitlerden
Heritage, Hollanda Boduru ve Summit hem yaz ve hem de güz döneminde mahsül
verirken, diğer çeşitler yalnızca yaz döneminde mahsül vermişlerdir. Her bir yılda elde
edilen veriler Tesadüf Blokları deneme desenine göre analiz edilmiştir.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Newburg, Hollanda Boduru, Summit ve Heritage çeşitlerin
sırasıyla 313.60, 296.20, 293.70 ve 256.60 g meyve/sürgün ile yaz dönemi için en verimli
çeşitler olarak belirlenmişlerdir. Ayrıca bu çeşitler sırasıyla 1.97, 2.66, 2.07 ve 2.40 g ortalama
meyve ağırlığına; % 9.04, % 7.77, % 9.92, % 10.73 suda çözünebilir kuru madde
miktarına ve 15.80, 18.50, 31.95, 30.03 mg/100 g C vitamini içeriğine sahip oldukları saptanmıştır.
Sonuç olarak yılda iki ürün veren Heritage, Hollanda Boduru ve Summit çeşitleri
ile yılda tek ürün veren Newburg çeşidinin diğer çeşitlere göre yörede daha iyi adapte oldukları
belirlenmiştir.
