Abstract

Dental amalgam diş hekimliğinde sıklıkla kullanılan bir restorasyon materyalidir. Son yıllarda içeriğindeki civa sebebiyle sıklıkla çeşitli nörolojik hastalıklar ile ilişkilendirilmektedir. Bu tartışmanın amacı konuyla ilgisi olabileceği düşünülen hastalıkların değerlendirilmesidir.

Abstract

Dental amalgam is commonly used as a restorative material in dentistry. In recent years, it has been often associated with various neurological diseases due to the content of mercury. In this paper, we aimed to discuss diseases which may be related to the toxic effects of amalgam.
