Anatolian Journal of Health Research adopts a strict policy against plagiarism and unethical publishing practices. All manuscripts are checked for similarity using iThenticate before the peer review process.
Plagiarism, including verbatim copying, self-plagiarism, improper paraphrasing, or failure to cite sources, is a serious violation of publication ethics.
If plagiarism is detected at any stage, the editorial board may take actions such as:
• Rejecting the manuscript,
• Requesting revisions,
• Retraction if published,
• Notifying the author's institution, if necessary.
Authors must ensure the originality of their work and properly cite all sources. By submitting to the Anatolian Journal of Health Research, authors confirm that their work is free of plagiarism and has not been submitted elsewhere.
The journal applies a 15% similarity threshold for originality checks and adheres to the ethical guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
