Küreselleşmenin Gerilemesi ve Ekonomik Ayrışma Çağında Stratejik Uyum: Dayanıklı Büyüme İçin Bir Çerçeve

Öz

: Bu kavramsal çalışma, küreselleşmenin gerilemesi ve ekonomik ayrışmanın derinleştiği bir dönemde firmaların karşılaştığı stratejik zorluklara yanıt vermek amacıyla, dayanıklılık merkezli bütüncül bir stratejik çerçeve önermektedir. Stratejik çeviklik ve yedeklilik sistemleri gibi yerleşik yapıların yanı sıra, bu çerçeve yeni bir meta-yetenek olarak tanıtılan “örgütsel dayanıklılık uyumu” kavramını da içermektedir. Dinamik yetenekler perspektifinden beslenen bu model, uluslararası işletmecilik, stratejik yönetim ve küresel siyasal ekonomi literatürlerinden elde edilen bulguları sentezlemekte ve bütünleşik bir kuramsal katkı sunmaktadır. Kavramsal düzeyde geliştirilmiş olmakla birlikte, model Apple ve Unilever gibi örnek olaylara dayandırılarak pratik bağlama oturtulmuştur. Bu yönüyle çalışma, firmaların parçalanmış küresel ortamlarda stratejik süreklilik, esneklik ve rekabet avantajı elde etmeleri için uygulanabilir bir yol haritası sunmaktadır. Kuramsal katkı olarak, örgütsel dayanıklılığı bütünsel bir meta-yetenek olarak yeniden tanımlarken; uygulamalı olarak, yöneticilere ve karar vericilere tedarik zinciri yeniden yapılanması, yönetişim uyumu ve jeopolitik risk yönetimi konularında yol gösterici stratejik içgörüler sağlamaktadır. Belirsizliklerle kuşatılmış günümüz iş dünyasında, bu çerçevenin sunduğu esneklik ve öngörü kapasitesi, uzun vadeli kurumsal direnç ve sürdürülebilirlik açısından kritik bir değer taşımaktadır.

Strategic Adaptation in an Era of De-globalization and Economic Decoupling: A Framework for Resilient Growth

Abstract

This conceptual paper introduces a resilience-centered strategic framework designed to help firms navigate the increasing complexities of deglobalization and economic decoupling. The framework integrates established concepts such as strategic agility and redundancy systems with a newly proposed meta-capability—organizational resilience alignment. By doing so, it offers a holistic and actionable model to enhance organizational adaptability, continuity, and competitiveness in an era of systemic global volatility. Drawing on the dynamic capabilities perspective, the paper synthesizes insights from the strategic management, international business, and global political economy literatures. The model not only bridges theoretical gaps in the existing discourse on resilience and agility but also provides practical guidance for corporate leaders and policymakers seeking to redesign governance structures and supply chain strategies in response to geopolitical fragmentation. Key contributions include the theoretical refinement of resilience as an integrated meta-capability and the development of a strategic blueprint that addresses operational fragility, regulatory uncertainty, and market bifurcation. Although conceptual, the model is grounded in real-world examples, enhancing its applicability. This study aims to contribute to both academic scholarship and managerial practice by presenting a framework that prioritizes long-term sustainability, flexibility, and strategic foresight in an increasingly unpredictable global business environment.
