Abstract

Abstract

Organizational justice is the ability to behave
all employees equally in tasks, procedures, processes and behaviors. Many
researches emphasize that innovative behaviour increases in businesses where
organizational justice is provided. Innovative behaviour is that an employee
can think differently than to advance routine task. Innovative behaviour
requiring a radical transformation and risk, taking can only be fed by a
proactive attitude. Proactivity reflects the individual's judgment, the
predictive ability, the energetic of communication and the active intelligence.
The aim of the research is to determine the relationship among the
organizational justice, the proactivity and the innovative behavior. For this
aim, a survey was conducted with 241 employees of three chemistry businesses in
Kocaeli. The dates were subjected to validity and reliability tests. It was
followed that organizational justice- proactivity; organizational
justice-innovative behavior; proactivity- innovative behavioral relationships
were tested by regression analysis. A positive and meaning correlations were
found among the variables.
