Abstract

Bu çalışmada eğitim alanında değerli çalışmaları ile tanınan Doç. Dr. Hanifi Parlar ve Doç. Dr. Ramazan Cansoy’un 2018 yılında yayınlanan Öğrenme ve Öğretime İlişkin Araştırma Temelli Uygulama İlkeleri eseri incelenmiştir. Yazarların araştırmaları incelendiğinde eğitim ve öğretim konuları hakkında derinlemesine çalışmaların büyük bir yer tuttuğu görülmüştür. Tahlil edilen kitapta da öğrenme ve öğretime dair ilke, strateji, yöntem ve teknikler detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Bunların yanında öğrenme süreci yalnızca öğrenci veya öğreticiye atfedilmemiş, eğitiminin bu iki bileşeni arasında karşılıklı ve birbirini besleyen bir ilişkinin varlığı yoğun literatür çalışmalarının desteklediği biçimde aktarılmıştır. İnsan hayatı eğitim perspektifinden bakıldığında sürekli bir öğrenme ve öğretim sürecidir. İnsan yaşamı boyunca sonlanmayan bu süreci kolaylaştırmak ve kaliteli bir hale getirmek öğretim döneminde birçok yöntem ve teknik kullanımını gerektirir. Buna rağmen öğretimde başarıyı sağlamak yalnızca teknik kullanımına bağlı değildir; aynı zamanda yapılan hataların tespiti ve çözüme kavuşturulması da sürdürülebilir başarıyı beraberinde getirir.

Considerations for Effective Teaching and Learning

Abstract

In this study, the Research-Based Application Principles of Learning and Teaching published in 2018 by Associate Professor Hanifi Parlar and Associate Professor Ramazan Cansoy, who are known for their valuable work in the field of education, were examined. When the authors' research was examined, it was seen that in-depth studies on education and training subjects were a big part of it. In the book analyzed, principles, strategies, methods and techniques related to learning and teaching are examined in detail. In addition, the learning process is not only attributed to the student or the teacher, but the existence of a mutual and mutually nurturing relationship between these two components of his education is conveyed in a way supported by intensive literature studies. Human life is a continuous learning and teaching process from an educational perspective. Facilitating and qualitying this process, which does not end throughout human life, requires the use of many methods and techniques during the teaching period. However, achieving success in teaching does not depend solely on its technical use; at the same time, the detection and resolution of the mistakes made brings sustainable success.
