HEMŞİRE ÇİZELGELEME PROBLEMİ VE HASTANEDE BİR UYGULAMA

Abstract

Her
geçen gün artan nüfusla birlikte hastanelerdeki personel sayısı da artmaktadır.
Bu nedenle hastanelerde çalışan personelin kaliteli bir hizmet vermesi oldukça
önemli bir unsurdur. İşte bu hizmet kalitesinin artması konusunda kullanılan
yöntemlerden biri de hemşire çizelgeleme problemidir. Bu çalışmada da hemşirelerin
aylık çalışma planlarının adaletli ve dengeli bir şekilde yapılması ile
hemşirelerin hizmet kalitesinin artırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada tüm gün
hizmet veren Kırıkkale'deki bir hastanenin yoğun bakım, ameliyathane ve acil
bölümlerine, hastanenin her vardiyada ihtiyaç duyduğu hemşire sayısını
karşılamak için bir hedef programlama modeli önerilmiştir.
