Dear Friends of Science,

Our Halal and Healthy Food Platform, which has been working for a long time with the missions of "to produce benefits in accordance with the purpose of creation, to propose precautions by identifying possible losses, to develop processes at the national and global scale by thinking alternative and innovative", publishes a scientific journal called Academic Platform Journal of Halal Life Style (APJHLS) which will include articles in Turkish, English and Arabic languages, in e-journal form.

The main goal is to publish articles for all areas of life such as “Halal Food and Nutrition, Lifelong Health, Halal Management in Trade and Business, Halal Tourism, Islamic Theology and Education”. In this context, it is aimed to ensure that the concept of halal will take a place in the life of human beings in every sense beyond food. From this point of view, the concept of Halal, which has been narrowed in today's society and has been brought to the agenda by being traditionalized only in food and beverage, will have its actively-deserved place in every area of life, and new horizons will be opened for the questioning of many unethical behaviors that are 'legal' but not Halal in conscience. This goal cannot be accomplished without the contribution of you valuable researchers.

APJHLS, which is an international refereed journal in line with the open access philosophy and principles (Budapest Open Access Initiative) and “Creative Commons” copyright license applications; aims to act as a bridge between science and Halal concept.

We expect your research results to be published in our journal where articles will present fundamental messages and a course of action as a lifestyle not only to the people who have internalized the concept of Halal Life due to their sensitivity to belief, but also to all people living on earth.
