Abstract

Abstract
Under the influence of the digital age, museums are undergoing a significant transformation, evolving from traditional institutions into more interactive and accessible spaces through innovative solutions powered by artificial intelligence. This study employs content analysis to explore the transformation of museums in the digital era and the contributions of artificial intelligence technologies to this process. The implications of digitalization and artificial intelligence on museology are analyzed within the frameworks of collection management, visitor experience, and accessibility. Furthermore, the challenges and ethical considerations associated with the integration of artificial intelligence in museology are critically examined. The research underscores the role of artificial intelligence as a pivotal tool in shaping the future of museums and its contribution to advancing the mission of preserving cultural heritage. In this context, the research serves as a guide on the use of artificial intelligence in the digital transformation process of museology.
