Spor Alanında Görev Yapan Kadın Çalışanların Kraliçe Arı ve İmposter Sendromu Düzeyleri Arasındaki İlişkinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, spor alanında görev yapan kadın çalışanların kraliçe arı ve imposter sendromu düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Belirlenen bu amaç doğrultusunda, ise mevcut araştırmanın örneklem grubunu, Çanakkale ve Aydın illerindeki özel spor kulüplerinde aktif olarak görev yapmakta olan 124 kadın spor elemanı oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda mevcut araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak; Çelen ve Tuna (2021) tarafından geliştirilen, “Kraliçe Arı Sendromu Ölçeği” ile, Clance (1985) tarafından geliştirilen, Türkçe geçerlilik çalışmaları Şahin ve Gülşen (2022) tarafından yapılan “Clance İmposter Fenomeni Ölçeği (CIPS)” kullanılmıştır. Google formlar aracılıyla elde edilen verilerin analizi SPSS 27.0 paket programında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde ise bu araştırmada sonuç olarak; spor alanında görev yapan kadın spor elemanlarının algıladıkları kraliçe arı sendromu düzeylerinin arttıkça imposter sendromu düzeylerinin azaldığı tespit edilmiştir.

Determining the Relationship Between Queen Bee and Imposter Syndrome Levels in Female Sports Workers

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to determine the prevalence of queen bee and imposter syndrome among female sports employees. In line with this objective, the sample group for the current study consists of 124 female sports personnel actively working in private sports clubs in the provinces of Çanakkale and Aydın. In this context, the data collection tools used in this study were the "Queen Bee Syndrome Scale," developed by Çelen and Tuna (2021), and the "Clance Imposter Phenomenon Scale (CIPS)," developed by Clance (1985) and validated in Turkish by Şahin and Gülşen (2022). Data obtained through Google Forms were analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 package program. As a result of the analyses, the conclusion of this research is; It has been determined that as the queen bee syndrome levels perceived by female sports personnel working in the field of sports increase, their imposter syndrome levels decrease.
