ÇOCUKLUK ÇAĞI TRAVMALARI VE KENDİLİK ALGISININ PSİKOLOJİK İYİ OLUŞ ÜSTÜNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu derleme çalışması, çocukluk çağı travmalarının ve bireylerin kendilik algısının psikolojik iyi oluş üzerindeki etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çocukluk döneminde yaşanan travmatik deneyimlerin, bireyin duygusal, bilişsel ve sosyal gelişimi üzerinde derin etkiler bıraktığı bilinmektedir. Özellikle erken yaşlarda maruz kalınan olumsuz yaşam olaylarının, bireylerin öz-değer duygusu, benlik algısı ve duygusal dayanıklılık gibi psikolojik yapıları üzerinde uzun vadeli etkiler oluşturabileceği araştırmalarda sıklıkla vurgulanmaktadır.
Çalışmada, çocukluk çağı travmalarının psikolojik iyi oluş üzerindeki etkilerini açıklayan güncel kuramlar ve araştırmalar ele alınmıştır. Kendilik algısının, bireyin yaşadığı travmalar karşısında psikolojik sağlamlık geliştirmesinde kritik bir role sahip olduğu belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca, travmatik yaşantılarla başa çıkmada etkili olan koruyucu faktörler ve müdahale yöntemleri de tartışılmıştır.
Bu derleme, çocukluk çağı travmalarının etkilerini anlamada ve bireylerin psikolojik iyi oluşlarını desteklemede rehberlik edebilecek önemli bulgular sunmaktadır.
