Dear authors,
As ASSAM International Refereed Journal, in order to ensure the sustainability of our academic publishing activities and to increase our publication quality, the article processing fee application has been implemented for articles sent for the November 2025 issues and subsequent issues. With this ability, the article processing fee for articles sent to our journal has been determined as 2,000 TL (55 USD). Fee payment terms are valid for all authors. Payments are transparent and auditable, in a way that each author is equalized. Reports regarding this are published in our journal at the end of each year. The fee is calculated jointly by the authors in equal proportions. The payment is made from the authorized author account.
Article applications will be received through the DergiPark system as usual, and the evaluation process of the article will be initiated after the fee is paid and the receipt systems are activated. The article processing fee covers the scope of the referee evaluation process, editorial procedures and publication preparations, and it is not allowed for the article not to be accepted. However, authors of rejected articles have the right to apply with a new article without paying an additional fee.
The relevant decisions of the Council of Higher Education can be used in applications for journals that charge a fee for the transfer of article evaluation processes. Accordingly, articles published in our journal will be valid for academic appointments and expansions.
