This work titled "China: The New Great Power and Changing World Balances" by Fatih Oktay, published by Türkiye İş Bankası Cultural Publications, reveals the transformation of China in economic, political, technological, military and cultural fields and its increasing importance in the new world order. In order to gain a basic understanding of China, the independent chapters in the content of the book are handled within the framework of a fiction rather than a course. In order to understand the increasing influence of China in the new world order, detailed information about the economic structure, political system, social order, culture and history is given. The author criticizes the fact that despite the increasing influence of China in the system, there are almost no Turkish resources in this field, the current English textbooks are not up-to-date, and many popular books serve the title and its own purpose. In this book, the author thinks that China's administrative structure, national savings, growth rate, common income trap, changes in population structure and economic structuring packages will contribute significantly to the development processes of developing countries. It is possible to find answers to questions such as the place of China in the global structure, its role in global governance and the perception of threat it creates in the current system in the changing world balances in this book. There are fifteen chapters in this book. In this work, there are sub-titles that make up the content of the titles.
