Abstract
Schools are at the forefront of the most important institutions in the society, and the fact that the administrators in the schools have ethical values affects the learning environment in the school and ensures that both a qualified learning environment and the school's learning vision. The fact that school administrators have ethical values and act accordingly has a facilitating effect in the administrative management of the school, in increasing the success of students and in cooperation with their families for student success, in the evaluation of students and teachers, in the service dimension of all staff at the school and in creating a positive climate in the school. The aim of this study is to examine the ethical leadership behaviors of school administrators in terms of various variables, according to teacher views. For this purpose, answers were sought for the sub-problems determined. In the study, the survey research model of the quantitative data research method was used. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in public schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. The sample consists of 192 teachers, 69 female and 123 male, working in different school levels and branches. The Ethical Leadership Scale was used to collect the research data, and the SPSS package program was used in the analysis of the data. Analysis methods such as mean, frequency, percentage, t-test and ANOVA were used in data analysis. When the research findings are examined, there is a statistically significant difference in terms of education level and managerial experience; It was determined that there was no statistically significant difference in terms of gender, marital status and years of seniority. Based on the results of the research, various suggestions were made.
