DAĞCILARDA YÜKSEK İRTİFANIN BAZI FİZYOLOJİK PARAMETRELERE VE BAĞIŞIKLIK SİSTEMİNE AKUT ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ / THE INVESTIGATION OF THE ACUT EFFECT OF HIGH ALTITUDE TO SOME PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS AND IMMUNITY SYSTEM IN MOUNTAINNEERS

Abstract

Yüksek inifanın dağcılarda bazı fizyolojik parametrelere ve bağışıklık sistemine akut etkisinin
araştırıldığı çalışmaya, yaş ortalamaları 28 :1= 7,50 yılalan 14 erkek dağcı sporcu denek olarak
katılmıştır. Deneklerin ilk ölçümleri ortalama yüksekliği 1200 m olan Niğde'de, ikinci ölçüınıeri
ortalama yüksekliği 2800 m. olan Niğde Demirkazık Dağı'nda tırmanışın 6. gününün sonunda
alınmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan deneklerin yüksek irtifadan önce ve yüksek irtifada ağırlık (kg), boy,
anaerobik güçleri, lökosit (WBC), lenfasit yüzdesi (%LY), lenfasit sayısı (LY), monosit yüzdesi
(%MO), monosit sayısı (MO), granülasit yüzdesi (%GR) ve granüıasit sayısı (GR) değerleri
alınmıştır. Ölçümler sonucu elde edilen verilerin ortalamalan arasındaki fark paired samples t-test ile
sonuçların anlamlılık dereceleri (P<0,05), (P<O,OL) olarak kabul edilmiştir. İstatistiksel işlemler SPSS
i 1.0 for windows programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak yüksek irtifadan önce ve yüksek
irtifada elde edilen ölçümlerin istatistiksel değerlerine bakıldığında lenfasit sayısı ve monosit sayısı
değerleri arasındaki fark anlamlı bulunmuştur. Deneklerin ağırlık, anaerobik güç, lökosit, lenfosit
yüzdesi, granülasit sayısı, granülosit yüzdesi ve monosit yüzdesi değerlerinin istatistiksel sonuçlarına
göre anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmemiştir.

SUMMARY
To the invastigation, in which it is studied that the acute effect of high altitude that caused same
physiological parameters and immune system on mountaineer, 14 mountaineers joined as subject
whose average age are 28:1= 7,50 years subjects' first measurements were taken from the mountaineers
who stay in Niğde which has 1200 m height and second measurements were taken from the
mountaineers who stay 6 days in Niğde Demirkazık Mountain which has 2800 m height. The subjects
who joined to the study before high aHitude and at the high altitude. weight (kg), anaerobic power,
leucocyte, percentage of lenfocythe, number of lenfocythe, percentage of monocythe, numbcr of
monocythe, percenage of granulocythe and number of granulocythe values of subject were taken. The
difference of data averages. which were gotten at the end of measurements, made with paired samples
t-test and the results' signifance degrees were accepted as (P<0,05), (P<O,O l). Statistical measurement
were made by using SPSS 11.0 for windows program. As a result, when it is looked measurements'
statistical values that were gotten before high ahitude and al the high altitude the differences of
lenfocythe number and number of monoeythe values were found meaningfuL But there is not found a
meaningful difference according to statistical results when it is looked subjects' weight, anaerobic
power, leucocyte, percentage of lenfocythe, granulocylhe number, percenage of granulocythe and
percentage of monocythe.
