Abstract

Bu araştırma, Bursa ilinde yaşlan 18 ile 24 arasında değişen, çeşitli spor kulüplerinde bireysel sporlar
(alletizm, yüzme, masa tenisi ve tenis) ve takım sporlan (basketbor, voleybol, futbol ve hentbol) ile uğraşan
gençler ile spor yapmayan gençlerin uyum düzeyleri (sosyal uyum-SU, kişisel uyum-KU ve genel uyum-GU)
arasında cinsiyet, öğrenim durumu ve sosyo-ekonomik faktörler göz önünde bulundurularak guruplar
arasında anlamı! bir fark bulunup bulunmadığını belirlemek amacıyla yapıımıştır.
Araştırmada uyum değişkenini ölçmek için Özgüven tarafından geliş/irilen Hacettepe Kişilik Envanteri (HKE)
ve gerekli sosyal bilgilerin almması ve verilerin toplanması amacı ile kişisel bilgi alma formu kullanılmıştlf.
Toplanan veriler SPPS istatistik paket programındanyararlanılarak.05 anlamlı/ık düzeyinde analiz edilmiştir.

;por yapmayan gençlere göre istatistikselolarak anlamlı ve yüksek çıkmıştır. Sonuç olarak bireysel veya
'Wrup içinde yapilan spor, insanın beden ve ruh özelliklerine göre sosyal çevresi ile iletişim kurmasını ve
.'evresiyle uyumlu bireyler oluşturmasını sağlamaktadif.

SUMMARY
Comparison Of Adjustment Level Of Young People Between 18 And 24 That Are
Interested In Sports Around the Bursa
In this research, it is analysed that if there is a significant difference between the social, individual
and general adjustment levels of young people between 18 and 24, the ones interested in individual
sports and group sports in various sports clups in Bursa and the ones who are not interested in sports.
Moreover, it is evaluated according to the sex, education and income of the young people.
In research, the Personality Inventory advanced by the Hacettepe to measure the adjustment variety
and Personality Information Form to co/lect the data for another variations are used. Collected data
were analysed with the help of SPSS statistical package program. At the end of the research, it is
seen that adjustment level of young people who are interested in individual or group sports is
statistica/ly higher than the ones who are not interes/ed in sports. As a result, sports that is. played
individua/ly or in groups provides good relationship with society according to the physical and mental
characteristics.
