Abstract

                                                           Özet:

         Bu çalışma ülkemizde bitkisel yağ sanayiinin Cumhuriyetle birlikte gelişimini ele aldıktan sonra, sektörün bugün en önemli sorunlarından biri haline gelen hammadde temini koşullarını değerlendirmektedir. Ardından bitkisel yağ sanayiinde mevcut kapasite, üretim ve dış ticaret durumu üzerinde durulmaktadır. Son olarak da sektörün sorunları değişik açılardan ele alınarak, söz konusu sorunların çözümüne ilişkin çözüm önerileri getirilmektedir.

     Abstract:

         After dealing with the development of manufacture of vegetable in our country together with the republic, this study evaluates the conditions of obtaining raw materials that become one of the most important problems of sector today. And then, present capacity, productin and foreign trade have been dealt. Finally, dealing with the problems of sector from different points of view, the solution suggestions regarding the solutions of the problems in guestion are dealt.
