Bazı Geleneksel İçeceklerin Mikrohibrit Kompozit Rezinde Meydana Getirdiği Renk Değişikliklerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Amaç:Bu çalışmanın amacı geleneksel Türk içecekleri içerisinde bekletilen bir mikrohibrit rezin kompozitin renk değişimini incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamızda bir mikrohibrit rezin kompozit (Filtek Z250) kullanılmıştır. Toplam elli adet rezin kompozit örneği (6mm çapında 2 mm kalınlığında) hazırlanmıştır. Spektrofotometre ile yapılan ilk ölçümlerin ardından hazırlanan örnekler dört farklı içeceğe (şalgam suyu, Türk kahvesi, kızılcık suyu ve karadut suyu) ve saf suya konulmuştur. Her grup için 10 örnek hazırlanmış ve 24 saat, 72 saat ve 1 hafta sonunda her bir örneğin renk parametreleri spektrofotometre ile tekrar ölçülerek kaydedilmiştir. Örneklerin hesaplanmıştır. İstatistiksel analizler tek yönlü varyans analizi (one-way ANOVA) ve Tukey HSD çoklu karşılaştırma testi ile yapılmıştır. (p=0,05). Bulgular: Saf su dışındaki diğer içeceklerde bekletilen örneklerde renk değişim miktarları ΔEab*≥ 3,3’den daha fazla bulunmuştur.
