İKİ YENİ NESİL APEKS BULUCUNUN İN VİTRO KARTILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu in vitro çal mada iki yeni nesil apeks bulucu cihaz n apikal daralmay gösterebilme yeteneklerine göre kar la t r lmas yap ld . K rk be adet tek köklü çekilmiinsan üst keser di i kullan ld . Giri kaviteleri aç ld ktan sonra, di ler aljinat model içine gömüldü. Kök kanallariçinde %2.5’lik NaOCl varken elektronik ölçümler iki apeks bulucu cihazla (Root ZX, Apex Pointer) yap ld ve kaydedildi. Elektronik ölçümler gerçek uzunluklarla kar la t r ld . Root ZX’in ‘0.5’ ölçüm ayar nda elde edilen sonuçlar 1.72 ve 0.03 mm aral F nda yer ald . Aynartlarda Apex Pointer’ n ölçümleri ise -0.8 ile 1.52 mm aral F ndayd . Root ZX genel olarak Apex Pointer’dan daha k sa ölçümler verdi, ancak cihazlar aras nda istatistiksel olarak anlaml bir fark bulunmad (p>0.001).
