İMPLANT TEDAVİSİNDE BİLGİSAYARLI TOMOGRAFİ DESTEKLİ CERRAHİ KILAVUZLARIN KULLANIMI

Abstract

Günümüzde di sizliklerin tedavisinde implant üstü restorasyonlar n kullan m oldukça yayg n hale gelmi tir. Klinik ba ar n n elde edilmesinde implantlar nlokalizasyonlar ve ba ar l bir ekilde yerle tirilmesi büyük önem ta maktad r. Estetik ve fonksiyonel olarak hastalar n memnuniyetinin sa3lanmas için yap lacak protetik giri imler ancak iyi bir implant yerle imi sa3lanm sa mümkün olabilir. 5mplant cerrahisinde protetik rehabilitasyonu gerçekle tirecek olan hekimin haz rlayaca3 cerrahi k lavuzlar ba ar l bir sonuç elde edilmesini sa3layacakt r. Geli en teknoloji ile birlikte bilgisayarlmodellerin elde edilmesi ve kullan lan özgün yaz l mlar ile bu modellerde cerrahi k lavuzlar n haz rlanmas hem cerrah n implantlar yerle tirmesinde kolayl k sa3layacak hem de restoratif di hekiminin hasta beklentilerine uygun bir restorasyon yapmas n sa3layacakt r. Bu derlemede bilgisayarl tomografi destekli implant planlamas , üç boyutlu model elde edilmesi ve cerrahi k lavuzlar n kullan m anlat lmaktad r. Günümüzde bu yakla m maliyet aç s ndan s k nt l ve uygulanabilirli3ik s tl gibi görünse de ba ar l bir planlama, operasyon süresini k saltmas , estetik ve fonksiyonel ba ar l bir protezin yap labilmesine olanak sa3lamas aç s ndan özellikle karma k vakalarda hem cerrah n hem de protetik rehabilitasyonu yapacak restoratif hekimin çok faydalanabilece3i bir uygulamad r
