ANNELERİN GÜNLÜK YAŞAM YÜKÜ EMZİRMEYE ENGEL Mİ ?

Abstract

Amaç: Annelerin günlük yaşam yükünün emzirme davranışı üzerindeki etkisini anlamak amaçlanmıştır.
Yöntem: Bu çalışmada, 2005 yılında yapılan ve içerik analizi ile değerlendirilen nitel bir çalışmanın
bulgularından yararlanılmıştır.
Bulgular: Çalışmada, çocuk bakımına ve ev işlerine yönelik beklentiler ile özel yaşamın ve çalışma
yaşamının birlikte yürütülme çabasının annelerin emzirme davranışını etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
Sonuç: Gebelik ve taburculuk sırasındaki eğitimlere eşlerin katılımı, eğitimlerde emzirmeye devam
etmenin güçlüklerini içeren pozitif ve gerçekçi bilgilerin verilmesi, ev-içi faaliyetlerin planlaması ve eşlerin
sorumluluk paylaşımı gibi konulara yer verilmesi önerilmektedir. Hemşirenin, bütüncül bakım verebilmesi için,
annelerin günlük yaşam yükünün emzirme davranışındaki rolünü anlaması gerekmektedir.
