Abstract
Özet: Bu makalenin amacı Çizelgelerle Sistem Geliştirme adı verilen ve
işin yeniden silreçlenmesi (BPR) ve sistem analizi ve tasarımı sahalarında
kullanılan yeni bir yöntemi tanıtmak ve uygulamaktır. Bu yöntem,
organizasyonların gerçek dünyasını sunmak için bir çok çizelge kullanır.
Yöntemin uygulaması için bir Telekom tşletmesi modelinden faydalanılmıştır,

Abstract: This paper aims to introduce a methodology called Tabular
Systems Analysis, which is applicable in business process reengineering and
systems analysis and design. This methodology uses several tables to represent
the teal world of the organizations. A Telecom Enterprise is selected to
implement this methodology.
