DOĞU AVRUPA VE BAĞIMSIZ DEVLETLER TOPLULUĞU ÜLKELERİNİN EKONOMİK DÖNÜŞÜM SÜRECİNDE TEMEL EĞİLİMLER

Abstract

Doğu Avrupa ve Asya’da kolektif sistem içinde yer alan
ülkelerde, 1989-1991 yılları arasında politik yönetimlerin değişmesi ve piyasa
ekonomisine geçmeye yönelik reform programlarının uygulanmasıyla başlayan
süreçte ortaya çıkan temel eğilimler özelleşme, dışa açılma ve gelir dağılımında
bozulma biçiminde belirginleşmiştir. Bu eğilimler, hız ve kapsam açısından
Doğu Avrupa ve Bağımsız Devletler Topluluğu ülkeleri arasında farklılık
göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada söz konusu eğilimler ülke grupları için
karşılaştırmalı bir yaklaşımla incelenmektedir.
