Abstract

Eş seçimi, daha doğrusu seçilen kişinin doğru insan olduğunu
anlamak insan hayatında verilen en önemli kararlardan biridir. İnsanlar eşlerini
seçerken ister istemez birçok kriteri bir arada düşünmek durumundadır ve bu
durum karmaşık, çok kriterli bir karar verme problemi olarak ortaya çıkar.
Böylesine subjektif bir karar bile analitik olarak modellenebilir. Bu görüşe
örnek oluşturmak amacıyla Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü
İşletme Doktora programı öğrencilerinden oluşan bir grup ile eş seçim
kriterlerinin ve bu kriterlerin önem düzeylerinin belirlenmesini amaçlayan bu
çalışma ortaya konmuştur. Kriterlerin niteliksel, değişkenlerin sözel olması, bu
özelliklere hitap eden AHS yönteminin kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir. Bu
çalışmada AHS’ye uygun olarak eş seçim kriterleri belirlenip seviyelendirilmiş
ve sürecin hesaplanmasıyla her bir kriter için önem düzeyi bulunmuştur.
