Abstract

Katı atık bertaraf etme problemi nitel ve nicel kriterleri bir arada
barındırmaktadır. Bu nedenle seçeneklerin değerlendirilmesinde çok kriterli
karar verme yöntemi olan Analitik Ağ Süreci (AAS) yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
Çalışmada Trabzon ili katı atık sorunun değerlendirilmesi için konusunda
uzman karar vericilerle görüşülmüş ve en uygun bertaraf etme seçeneği
belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Böylece gerçek bir ortamda AAS modelinin
kullanılmasıyla ülke genelinde yapılacak çalışmalara ışık tutulacaktır. Bu
amaçla belirlenen kriterler; finansal, çevresel olabilirlik, personel yönetimi,
toplum algısı ve teknoloji olmak üzere 5 gruba ayrılmıştır. Ayrıca, kriterler arası
ilişkiler belirlenerek bir ağ modeli geliştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, “düzenli
depolama, kompostlama ve yakma” seçeneği en uygun bertaraf etme seçeneği
olarak bulunmuştur.
