OKUL DENEYİMİ-II İŞBİRLİĞİNDE TARAFLARIN KARŞILIKLI BEKLENTİLERİ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Eğitim Fakültesi-Uygulama Okulu İşbirliği’nde yer alan tarafların birbirlerinden beklentileri, işbirliğinin düzenli bir biçimde sürdürülmesi ve taraflardan gelecek görüşler doğrultusunda bu dersi daha etkin bir yapıya kavuşturabilmek için neler yapılması konusunda çözüm önerileri belirlemektir. Bir betimsel çalışma olan bu araştırmada, tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Ölçme aracı olarak ise araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan anket kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 200 öğretmen adayı, 40 Eğitim Fakültesi görevlileri ve 80’de uygulama okulu görevlileri oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, tarafların birbirlerinden beklentileri tam anlamıyla gerçekleşmediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

 

The purpose of this study is to determine solving proposals about what to do in order to be able to attain this lesson to more effective structure in the direction of the views from the sides, and to maintain collaboration regularly, and to determine the expectations from each other of the sides taking the place the collaboration Education Faculty-Practicum School. In this study, a descriptive one, scanning model used. Question form prepared by the researcher was used as the means of measuring. The context of the study consists of 200 preservice teacher, 40 education faculty workers and 80 practicum school workers. According to the findings obtained from the research, we concluded that the expectations of the sides from each other didn’t reach at the result.
