Abstract

Bu makalenin amacı çocukların sosyalizasyonu ile ilgili ampirik
makalelerde teori kullanımını incelemektir. Çocukların sosyalizasyonu ile ilgili
son 10 yılda yayımlanmış 27 ampirik makale, yazarların teori kullanımı açısından
incelenmiştir. İlgili makaleleri bulmak için birçok veri tabanı, bilgisayar
yardımıyla araştırılmıştır. Bulunan ampirik makalelerin %63’ünde açık bir şekilde
teori kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Açık şekilde en yayın olarak kullanılan
teorilerin ekolojik teori ve sosyo-kültürel teori olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Kullanılan
teorileri açıkça ifade etmekle ilgili meseleler bu makalede ele alınmıştır.
Gelecekte yapılması muhtemel araştırmalar için okuyucuların ilgili çalışmalar
hakkında geniş bilgi elde edebilmeleri amacıyla araştırmacıların kullanacakları
teorileri açıkça ifade etmeleri tavsiye edilmiştir.
