Sermaye Malı İthalatının İşgücü Verimliliğine Etkisi: Panel Veri Analizi

Abstract

Gelişmekte olan ülkelerde sermaye malları ithalatının işgücü verimliliği üzerinde
meydana getirdiği etkinin incelendiği bu çalışmada, 84 gelişmekte olan ülkenin 1998-
2009 yılı dengesiz panel verileri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma, bir ülkedeki çalışan kesimin
verimliliğinin arttırılmasında sermaye malı ithalatının pozitif etkisinin olduğu hipotezini
test etmektedir. Yapılan analizle sermaye malı ithalatının işgücü verimliliğini olumlu yönde
etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
