Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational and environmental factors on organizational innovation. In this context, the research questions were determined according to theoretical discussions and previous empirical study findings. In the implementation section the data from the survey conducted on 993 SMEs in Turkey by using relevant statistical methods. Consequently, it is found that there is a significant impact of organizational and environmental factors on organizational innovation. Thus, the hypothesis of the study is supported as it was expected

Örgütsel ve Çevresel Faktörlerin Örgütsel Yenilik Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel ve çevresel faktörlerin örgütsel yenilik üzerine
etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Daha önceki bilimsel çalışmalara dayanarak araştırma soruları
belirlenmiştir. Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren 993 KOBİ üzerinde anket vasıtasıyla
araştırma yürütülmüş ve sonuç olarak, örgütsel ve çevresel faktörlerin örgütsel yenilik
üzerinde istatistiki anlamda önemli bir etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
