Algılanan Örgütsel Desteğin Örgütsel Özdeşleşmeye Etkisi: Psikolojik Güvenliğin Aracı Rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel özdeşlemeye etki eden unsurları araştırmaktır. Bu bağlamda algılanan örgütsel desteğin örgütsel özdeşleşme üzerindeki etkisi ve bu etkide psikolojik güvenliğin aracı rol üstlenip üstlenmediği incelenmiştir. Hipotezlerin test edilmesi amacıyla bir kamu üniversitesinde çalışan 195 üniversite personelinden anket yardımıyla veriler toplanmıştır. Analiz bulgularına göre algılanan örgütsel desteğin örgütsel özdeşleşmeyle olumlu ve anlamlı yönde bir ilişkiye sahip olduğu ve ayrıca psikolojik güvenliğin bu ilişkide kısmi bir aracı rol üstlendiği belirlenmiştir.

The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support On Organizational Identification: The Mediating Role of Psychological Safety

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the factors impacting organizational identification. In this context, the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational identification and in this effect mediated by psychological safety are addressed. To test the hypotheses, data were gathered through a survey conducted on 195 employees working at a public üniversity. According to the findings of the research perceived organizational support positively affects organizational identification and it was observed that the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational identification is partially mediated by psychological safety
