The role of energy use in countries economic growth and development has become undeniable. Today, energy is used in all areas and the need for energy use increases due to population growth and industrialization. Therefore, in case of insufficient energy production, countries import energy to meet energy consumption. In this regard, policy makers and researchers base the discussion of the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth in most countries following an externally dependent energy policy in energy use. This study investigates the effect of energy use on economic growth in N11 countries with econometric estimations. The results show that countries should produce healthy and determined policies that do not ignore the future regarding energy use.
