In this study, Turkey (Turkey by Whitley "State-dependent business system" is classified) and the International top organizations of relationships between organizations are examined. The main question in this study; Do international organizations have an impact / role on the state-dependent business system phenomenon? If there is an impact, what kind of an impact process does its reflection, scope and dimensions on the market functioning as Whitley predicts? answers to sub-questions will be sought. As a result of the research, the relations with the structures outside the EU are in the form of state-state relations; It has been concluded that the relations with the World Bank, IMF and ILO are in the form of state-international top organizations relationship. As a result, the structural establishment of new processes, even in different periods of power, is recognized by all stakeholders of business life, and it becomes necessary to consider it as part of global economic / political / legal developments as a standard level. Through this research, it is thought that the roles of international dynamics in national business systems will be analyzed and contributed to the literature with a different perspective, and it has important implications for politicians and managers of national organizations.
