ÖZET : Bu çalışmada, kırmızı etin pazarlama yapısı ve kanalları belirlenmiştir. Üretici ve tüketici cari ve reel fiyatları ayrı ayrı dikkate alınarak, yıllar itibariyle ortaya çıkan dalgalanmalar incelenmiştir. Bunun yanında yıllar itibariyle tüketicinin ödediği cari fiyatların çiftçi eline geçen oranları hesaplanmış ve çeşitli yönlerden karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır.

Marketing of Red Meat Production and Consumption in Turkey
ABSTRACT : In this study, marketing structure and channels of red meat were determined. The fluctuations in prices were analyzed by looking at nominal and real prices paid by consumer and received by farmers. The ratios of prices received by farmers to prices paid by consumer were calculated and comparisons between then were made.
