(Acremontum terricola, Aspergillus niger, Botryotrichum piluliferum,
Cladosporium herbarum, Cyfindrocarpon didymum, Doratomyces pul'pureofuscus,
Fusarium equiseti, F. moniliforme, F. mono var. subgluti.
nans, F. solanum var. coeruleum, F. sulphureum, Gliodadlum roseum,
Penicillium cyc!opium, P. expansum, P. frequentan8, P. funiculosum, P.
islandicum, P. luteum, P. purpurrescens, E rugulosum, P. spinulosum,
P. variable, Phoma giomerata, Sporotrichum carnis, Trichothecium
Phoma giomerata'nın 2.::ı=2c C'de, patates yumrusunda % 18,75 Olanda
bozukluk oluşturduğu görüldü. Diğer türlerin ise kısmen çürük7ük yaptıkları
veya kontammasyon olarak bulundukları yargısına varıldı.

The research was çonducted on
150 samples of rotten potato nnd
onion bulbs, collected from tbe stores
and houses in and around Eızurum,
From these samples, about 391 different
mold strains were isolated.
Class
it was found that, ten of the species
belonged to the genus of Penici, llium,
5 species be10nged to the genus of
Fusarium, 2 of theni be10nged to the
genus of UlaCıadium and the remaining
13 species were found to belong
. . to different genera.
The healty potat~ and onion
buIbs were inoculated with the 30
mo1d spedes given above and they
were stored at the temperatures of
18±2° and 2± lOC. At the end of
the experiment, it was found that
!Fusarium suLphureum deve10ped 62.50
% rotting in 'potato bulbs at I8±
2°C whereas Penicillrum Lutelim deve~
10ped 37,50 % rotting ın onion bulbs
at the same temperature. On the other i
hand, it was shown that Phanıa gIomerata
developed 18,75 %rotting in potato
bulbs at 2±2°C
