Abstract

ÖZET

Bu araştırmanın amacı, toprağa organik materyal (ahır gübresi ve buğday samanı) ilave edilmesinin toprağın organik maddesi, agregat stabilitesi ve geçirgenJiği üzerine etkilerini ve aralarındaki ilişkileri belirlemektir.
Araştırmada, İğdır ovasından (Batı İğdır Ovası) alınan dört adet yüzey (0-10 cm) toprak örneği üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Topraklara ahır gübresi (<2mm) ve buğday
samanı (<lmm) 5 düzeyde uygulanmış ve topraklar tarta kapasiteleri civarında 45
günlük inkiibasyona tabi tutulmuşlardır.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, organik materyallerin ilave edilen düzeylerine
bağlı olarak, toprakların organik maddesi, agregat stabilitesi ve geçirgenlik değerleri
artmış ve her toprakta bu özellikler arasında pozitif ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir.

EFFECTS OF ADDENG ORGANİC MATERIAL İNTO THE SOİLS ON
ORGANİC MATTER, AGGREGATE STABİLİTY AND PERMEABILITY OF SOİLS

SUMMARY

The purpose ofthis research w as to determine the effects of
addirion of organic materials (manure and wheat straw) into the soils on their organic
matter, aggregate stability andpermeabiiity values.
In this research four surface (0-10 cm) soil samples laken from the İğdır
district (Westlğdtr district) was used.
In this experiment, manure (<2mm) and wheat straw (<lmm) at five levels of
0; 05; I; 2 and 4 % on the owen dry weight basis were added, as three replications,
into four soil samples and these admixtures were incubated for forty-five days at
nearly field capacity in laboratory conditions.
At the end of incubation period, organic matter, aggregate stability an permeability of admbctures were determined respectively by Smith-Weldon, wet
siemng and constend head permeameter.
in statistical evaluation of the experimental results the "Simple Correlation"
analysis vva.î applied.
This research showed that as the additions of organic material increased the organic matter, the aggregate stability and the permeability of the soil increased
Highly significant relationships were obtained between above-mentioned soil properties.
