Spor Etkinliklerinde Gönüllü Yönetimi ve Motivasyonu

Year 2019, Volume: 2 Issue: 1, 95 - 121, 31.07.2019
https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3360339

Abstract

Bu çalışmada,
gerek dünya çapında, gerekse ülkemizde önemi her geçen gün artan “etkinlik
analizi (One-way Anova) kullanılarak araştırılmıştır.

Abstract

In
this study, it has been concentrated on Event Management concept which has
increasing importance both in Turkey and in global scale. Especially the
volunteer management subject has been taken as a basis to this study. With the
help of this study it has been aimed that the study will add value to the
success of the big or smaller scale international sporting events which is on
the process of planning or bidding for hosting the games in Turkey. It has been
aimed to find answers to the motivational factors which is effecting the
volunteers to participate to the sporting events who has important role on the
implementation of the sporting events. For this purpose, to be able to identify
the sources of basic motivation initially a pilot study has been done on Erzurum
Universiade Games over 108 volunteered participants who got different roles
during the games. After the pilot study the factors of the study has been
clarified with using exploratory factor analysis. The survey tool which took
the last version with this analysis has been given to 540 volunteers who took
part in Trabzon European Youth Olympics on different positions and this way the
data collection phase of the research has been done. On the analysis phase of
the quantitative data which is gathered through data collection firstly the
sex, age, education and other demographics of the volunteers is focused with
the help of clarifying statistical methods. After this phase, the meaningful
relation existence has been searched between the volunteer motivation scale and
the demographical characteristics of the sporting event considering the
specialties with using regression analysis, t-Test and variance analysis
(One-way Anova).
