Açık ve uzaktan öğrenme sistemlerindeki psikolojik danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmetlerinin bireysel farklılıklar kapsamında incelenmesi

Abstract

Açık ve uzaktan öğrenme sisteminde öğrenenlerin sistemi erken bırakmaları (drop out) endişe verici bir durum olarak karşılanmaktadır. Açık ve uzaktan öğrenme sistemlerinde erken bırakmanın önlenmesine yönelik sunulan hizmetlerden biri de öğrenen destek hizmetleridir. Öğrenen destek hizmetleri arasında yer alan danışmanlık hizmetleri farklı uygulamalarla sunulmakta olup genel anlamda öğrenenlerin bilgilendirilmesi, tavsiye verilmesi ve psikolojik danışma hizmetlerini kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı açık ve uzaktan mega üniversitelerde rehberlik ve psikolojik danışmanlık hizmetlerinin incelenmesidir. Hizmetler incelenirken psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetlerine kapsamında, hizmetlerin bireysel farklılıklara duyarlılığı, kim tarafından, hangi birime bağlı olarak, hangi araçlarla yürütüldüğüne odaklanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak hizmetlerin senkron-asenkron veya yüz yüze sağlandığı anlaşılmaktadır. Öne çıkan uygulamaların sık sorulan sorular, oryantasyon ve kariyer hizmetleri, kişisel gelişim dersleri, yüz yüze psikolojik danışmanlık uygulamaları olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
