Articles submitted for publication must adhere to scientific research methods in terms of purpose, scope, methodology, and content.
All submissions undergo a preliminary review by the editors and the editorial board to ensure compliance with scientific research standards. Articles that pass this initial evaluation are sent to two expert reviewers in the field for assessment of their scientific merit. The double-blind peer review process ensures that the reviewers do not know the author's identity, and vice versa. If one of the two reviewers provides a negative evaluation while the other provides a positive one, the article is sent to a third reviewer for a final decision.
