Abstract

isveç'te uzaktan öğretimin tarihi 1898 yılında Hans Svensson Her-mod tarafından kurulan Hermod'un Mektupla Öğretim Okulu (Hermods Briefschule) ile başlar. Bu düşünce muhtemelen Almanya'dan gelmektedir. Hermod'un Yazışma Enstitüsü "Korrespondeninstitut" açıldığı yıl itibariyle dünyadaki en büyük uzaktan öğretim okullarındandı.
