Bir Araştırma Metodolojisi Olarak Sistematik Literatür Taramasına Genel Bakış

Abstract

Tüm bilimsel akademik çalışmalarda incelenen, konunun mevcut çalışmalardaki bilgilere dayalı olarak geliştirilmesi ve bunlarla ilişkilendirilmesi bağlayıcı bir yaklaşımdır. Günümüzde akademik çalışmaların hem içerik hem de sayı olarak çok arttığı düşünüldüğünde mevcut çalışmaların sistematik bir şekilde taranması zorunluluğu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Sistematik literatür taraması, mevcut çalışmaların incelenmesi ile sonuç ve bulguların sistematik, şeffaf ve yeniden üretilebilecek şekilde sentezlenerek ortaya konmasında etkili bir araştırma metodolojisi olarak kabul edilmektedir. Metodolojinin başlangıcı ve temeli sağlık bilimleri olsa da 2000’li yıllardan itibaren birçok alandaki kullanımında bir artış gözlemlenmektedir. Bu nedenle çalışmada sözkonusu metodolojiye ilişkin kapsamlı bir alt yapı oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için dokümantasyon veri toplama yöntemi kullanılmış ve elde edilen bilgiler derleme çalışması olarak sunulmuştur. Bu kapsamda öncelikle literatür çalışmasının özellikleri ile sistematik literatür taramasının geleneksel taramadan farklılıkları belirtilmiştir. Daha sonra metodolojinin gerçekleştirilmesinde izlenmesi gereken sürece, bu süreçte ortaya çıkabilecek olası problemlere ve bunlara yönelik geliştirilen önerilere açıklık getirilerek kaliteli sistematik literatür kriterlerine yer verilmiştir.
