ALMAN TARİHÇİ OKULU’NUN JOSEPH ALOIS SCHUMPETER ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Alman Tarihçi Okulu’nun 20. yüzyılın en önemli iktisatçılardan biri olan Joseph Alois Schumpeter üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Schumpeter’in fikirsel olarak geliştiği ilk zaman dilimi başta Schmoller ve Weber olmak üzere Alman Tarihçi Okulu temsilcilerinin Klasik Okulu’nun temel fikirlerine karşı savaş açtığı dönemlere denk gelmektedir. Alman Tarihçi Okulu bu bağlamda ilk olarak klasik öğretinin tümdengelimci yöntemini reddederek tarihsel yönteme dayalı tümevarımcı bir yöntemi savunmuştur. Bu bağlamda Schumpeter’in tarih ve iktisat sosyolojisine dayalı çok yönlü metodolojisi bu gelişmenin bir sonucu olarak görülebilir. Gerek Alman Tarihçi Okulu’nun gerekse Schumpeter’in önemli çalışma alanlarından biri hiç şüphesiz girişimci ve onun rolüne yönelik olmuştur. Alman Tarihçi Okulu’na mensup iktisatçılar ve sosyologlar kapitalist toplumlarda girişimciliğin kökeni ve onun sosyal ve ekonomik değişim üzerindeki etkisi konusunda fikirler ileri sürdüler. Aşağıda girişimciyi dinamizmin ve değişimin kaynağı olarak gören Alman Tarihçi Okulu’nun bu bağlamda Schumpeter üzerindeki etkisi de ortaya koymaya çalışılacaktır.
