SAĞLIK SEKTÖRÜNDE ETİK İKLİM VE YILDIRMA (MOBBING) DAVRANIŞLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada sağlık çalışanlarının hastanelerinin etik iklimine ilişkin değerlendirmelerinin yıldırmaya maruz kalma durumlarına göre değişip değişmediğini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma Bolu il merkezinde faaliyette bulunan Sağlık Bakanlığı’na bağlı bir hastane ile bir üniversite ve iki özel hastane olmak üzere toplam dört hastanede çalışan sağlık personeli üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları; sağlık çalışanlarının hastanelerinin etik ikliminde en az yardımseverlik en çok ise egoistlik iklim türünün varlığını ifade ettiklerini göstermiştir. Yapılan Mancova analizi sonucunda; sağlık çalışanlarının yıldırmaya maruz kalıp kalmamalarının etik iklim ile ilgili değerlendirmeleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı (p>0,05), buna karşın çalışma süresi ile yardımseverlik ve ilkeli iklim türüne ilişkin değerlendirmeler arasında anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu (p
