Abstract

Bu makale, kadn i gücüne kat lmas ile beraber aile yap yeni aile modelini ele almaktad r. Kad nlar i gücü piyasas nda sadece çal maknda ortaya ç kan deime ve bude için de il, kariyer yapmak için de yer almaya ba lam lard r. Kad nlar n i gücü piyasalar na giri inin oransalolarak sürekli artmas , aile yapson aile modeli, “Çift Kariyerli Aile”dir. Bu aile tipi kuramsal aç dan “KK” olarak adlandlmaktad r. KKmodelini di er aile tiplerinden ay ran en belirgin fark, aileyi olu turan e lerin her ikisinin de kariyer ba arhedeflemeleridir. Bu durum hem e leri hem de içinde bulunduklar ili kiler amodelinde göze çarpan en önemli özelliklerden birisi de geleneksel roller çerçevesinde tan mlanm olancinsiyet temelli i bölümünün, yeniden tan mlanmaya ba lanmasda beraberinde getirmi tir. Makalede çat ma noktalar ve sorunlar bir ili kiler a (çocuk, i , aileleri vebirbirleri ile olan ili kiler) çerçevesinde verilmeye çallm ve çözüm yollarönerilmi tir. Ayr ca bu sürecin Türkiye'deki durumu ile ilgili bir de erlendirme yap lm
