SİYASAL ARENA METAFORU OLARAK ÖRGÜTLER VE ÖRGÜTSEL SYASETIN ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET ALGISINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı örgütsel siyaset sürecinin çalışanların örgütsel adalet algısına etkisini belirlemektir. Çalışmanın 456 işgören üzerinde gerçekleştirilen uygulama bölümünün sonuçları; örgütsel siyaset algısının çalışanların örgütsel adalet algısını Ye ayrılma niyetini büyük ölçüde etkilediğini ortaya koymuştur. Bir başka ifade ile örgütsel siyaset algısındaki artış işgörenin örgütsel adalet' algısını azaltıp işyerinden ayrılma niyetini artırmaktadır. Ayrıca kadın işgörenlerin örgütsel siyaset algısının daha yüksek olduğu ve kıdem, ünvan ve ücret değişkenleri ile örgütsel siyaset algısı arasında aynı doğrultuda bir ilişkinin var olduğu bulunmuştur.
