Publication Principles

Kulliye Journal aims to bring together scientific research with a blend of theory and applied studies. Accordingly, articles submitted to our journal are expected to be based on theoretical foundations while also incorporating concrete applications or field studies. Articles in a review format will not be considered.

In each issue of our journal, institutional articles will be included, limited to a maximum of three per issue. However, in the evaluation process of institutional articles, preference will be given to independent referees from different institutions. We believe this approach will strengthen the academic and scientific independence of the journal.

During the publication process, priority will be given to articles submitted in English. This preference aims to enhance the journal's effectiveness on the international stage and bring together researchers from different languages and cultures.

The languages of submission for the journal are Turkish and English. For manuscripts that successfully complete the peer-review process and are accepted for publication by the Editorial Board, the author(s) are required to submit the full text in both languages. For manuscripts originally prepared in Turkish, the English full text must be provided after acceptance and appended to the Turkish version. The English text shall follow the Turkish full text in sequence.

In order to provide more opportunities for scholars and to accommodate a wider range of studies, submissions from authors who are sending their work to our journal for the first time will be prioritized over submissions from authors who have previously published single-authored or co-authored articles in our journal.

It is not possible for aouthers who are on journal boards to submit articles to the journal for publication.

Kulliye Journal adopts these publication principles to promote scientific contribution and support academic exchange. Studies that do not comply with these principles will not be considered for evaluation and publication in our journal.

Thank you for your interest and contributions.
