Year 2019, Volume: 6 Issue: 2, 58 - 63, 31.08.2019

Abstract

Cousinia iconica Hub.-Mor., (Çatal kızan) Cousinia seksiyonu içerisinde yer alan Türkiye
için endemik bir türdür.
C. iconica türünün mikromorfolojik, palinolojik ve anatomik
özellikleri incelenerek hazırlanan bu çalı
ma, cinsin sistematiine katkı salamak amacıyla
yapılmı
tır. C. iconica türünün anatomik çalımalarında gövde, yaprak ve orta damar enine
kesitleri alınarak, Fast-green ve safranin boyama metodu kullanılmı
ve örnekler sabit
preparat haline getirildikten sonra foto
rafları çekilmitir. Türün Anatomik özellikleri
incelendi
inde korteks tabakası sayısı, orta damar ekli ve iletim demeti sayısının önemli
oldu
u görülmütür. Iık mikroskobu altında polen fotorafları çekilip ekzin, intin, kolpus ve
P/E ölçümleri yapılmı
tır. Polen yüzey ornamentasyonu için SEM mikroskobu kullanılmıve
türün polen yüzey ornamentasyonu verrrukoz-perforat olarak tespit edilmi
tir.
