Abstract

Cousinia iconica Hub.-Mor., (Çatal kızan) Cousinia seksiyonu içerisinde yer alan Türkiye
için endemik bir türdür. C. iconica türünün mikromorfolojik, palinolojik ve anatomik
özellikleri incelenerek hazırlanan bu çalışma, cinsin sistematiğine katkı sağlamak amacıyla
yapılmıştır. C. iconica türünün anatomik çalışmalarında gövde, yaprak ve orta damar enine
kesitleri alınarak, Fast-green ve safranin boyama metodu kullanılmış ve örnekler sabit
preparat haline getirildikten sonra fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Türün Anatomik özellikleri
incelendiğinde korteks tabakası sayısı, orta damar şekli ve iletim demeti sayısının önemli
olduğu görülmüştür. Işık mikroskobu altında polen fotoğrafları çekilip ekzin, intin, kolpus ve
P/E ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Polen yüzey ornamentasyonu için SEM mikroskobu kullanılmış ve
türün polen yüzey ornamentasyonu verrrukoz-perforat olarak tespit edilmiştir.
