Türkiye Florasına Katkı: Tragopogon porrifolius subsp. eriospermus (Asteraceae; Cichorieae)

Abstract

Tragopogon porrifolius L., Türkiye'den İspanya'ya kadar tüm Akdeniz havzasında doğal olarak yayılış gösteren, bazı üyeleri süs ve yenilebilir bitki olarak yetiştirilen dört taksondan oluşan büyük ve karmaşık bir tür grubudur. Türkiye Florası adlı eserde tür düzeyinde ele alınan bu takson üzerinde yapılan kapsamlı taksonomik çalışmalar ülkemiz temsilcisinin T. porrifolius L. subsp. eriospermus (Ten.) Greuter olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar ayrıca taksonun ülkemizde Çatalca-Kocaeli, Ergene ve Güney Marmara başta olmak üzere Asıl Ege ve Yukarı Sakarya Bölüm’lerinde 19 farklı alanda kaydedildiği ancak bunların 9’unun şüpheli olduğuna karar verilmiştir. Tragopogon porrifolius subsp. eriospermus iki yıllık, 2n=12 kromozom sayısına sahip diploid otsu bir bitkidir. Gövdeleri genellikle dallanmış taban yaprakları linear/lanseolat, gövde yaprakları genellikle lanseolat, dilsi çiçekler mor, akenler (sipsela) oluksuz uzun düz gagalı ve gagasının uç kısmının şişkin olmaması ile karakterize olan bir taksondur. Taksonun akenleri üzerinden yapılan taramalı elektron mikroskobu incelemeleri akenin karpopodiyuma yakın kısımları ile özellikle rib kısmına denk gelen yerlerinde dil şeklinde çok hücreli süslerin bulunduğu, epidermal hücrelerin antiklinal sınırlarının belirsiz, periklinal yüzeylerinin ise pürüzsüz veya dalgalı-çizgili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma ile Tragopogon porrifolius subsp. eriospermus taksonunun Türkiye’deki ayrıntılı korolojisi, genel morfolojisi ve aken mikromorfolojisi ilk kez detaylı olarak incelenmiş sistematiğine önemli katkılar sağlanmıştır.
