Morfolojik ve Moleküler Verilerle Türkiye’deki Potentilla L. (Rosaceae) Cinsi İçin Yeni Bir Taksonomik Aktarım

Öz
Potentilla libanotica Boiss. türüne yakın olan Potentilla isaurica (P.H.Davis) Pawl. Türkiye Florası'nın 4. cildinde Güneybatı Anadolu'dan endemik bir tür olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bu iki takson arasındaki ayrım, yaprakçık şekli, anter rengi ve petal şekli ile belirlenmektedir. Çalışmamız sonucunda belirtilen morfolojik karakterlerin bu iki taksonu tür kategorisinde ayıracak kadar yeterli olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Çalışmamızı desteklemek için ISSR primerleri kullanılarak moleküler karakterler belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler Popgen32 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve sonucunda P. isaurica ve P. libanotica taksonlarının birbirinden farklı türler olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu makale P. isaurica taksonu’nun P. libanotica'nın alt türü olduğunu kanıtlayan bir çalışmadır.
