ETİK İKLİM VE ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI İLİŞKİSİNDE ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIĞIN ARA DEĞİŞKEN ETKİSİ: MUHASEBE MESLEK MENSUPLARI ÜZERİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Yüksek seviyede teknik bilgi ve eğitim gerektiren, çalışma koşulları ve ortamları da diğer meslek gruplarına göre farklılıklar gösteren muhasebe meslek mensuplarının etik iklim, örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki sebep-sonuç ilişkilerini ortaya koymak, bu çalışmanın temel hedefidir. Ayrıca etik iklim ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ilişkisinde örgütsel bağlılığın ara değişken olup olmadığı da araştırılacaktır. Geliştirilen modelin değişkenlerine dayalı olarak oluşturulmuş anket, Türkiye’nin çeşitli bölgelerinde bağımlı olarak çalışan 600 muhasebe meslek mensubuna (SMMM ve sertifikasız muhasebe meslek mensubu) uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen 450 adet verinin analizi sonucunda etik iklimin, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının örgüte duygusal, devam ve normatif bağlılıkları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını olumlu, örgüte duygusal, devam ve normatif bağlılığın da muhasebe meslek mensuplarının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını olumlu etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmanın ara değişken analizine yönelik bulguları, örgüte duygusal bağlılığın, devam bağlılığının ve normatif bağlılığın etik iklim ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkide kısmi ara değişken etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir.
