Abstract
Meşrutiyet hareketi, Osmanlıdan günümüze, siyasal, hukuksal ve düşünsel hayatımızın en önemli kaynaklarından biri olmuştur. 1908’de ikinci defa ilan edilen Meşrutiyet’in ortaya çıkışı, dış dünyadaki akisleri ve devletlerarası ilişkilere etkisi genel olarak çalışmamızın çerçevesini çizmiştir. Bu minval üzere, II.Meşrutiyet’in ilanının özelde İngiliz kamuoyu ve diplomasi çevrelerinde algılanışı, etkisi ve Kâmil Paşa’nın sadareti sırasındaki Türk-İngiliz ilişkilerinin seyri çalışmamızın esasını oluşturan iki ana konu olmuştur
Abstract
The constitutional movements have been one of the major events having a great impact on Turkish political, judicial and intellectual life since the Ottoman times. Main frame of our study includes the declaration of the Second Constitutionalism in 1908 and its external impacts around the world with respect to international relations. This study specifically deals with the perception of the declaration of the Second Constitutionalism and Kâmil Pasha government by the British diplomacy and public. Therefore, we will examine the Turkish-British relations depending on the declaration of the Second Constitutionalism
